What we do and don't do

Firstthree is an editor for product videos. You upload a TikTok Shop, UGC, or affiliate video; it hands back a grade on five parts of the craft, points at the exact moments that earned each score, and tells you what to change. It knows the current formats, flags the ones that look stale, and notices when a video reads as a different niche from the one you filed it under.

Each criterion is scored from 1 to 10 on its own, because a strong hook and a weak ending are two different problems. The overall score at the top of a report sums up those five, with the hook weighing most; like them, it judges the craft and predicts nothing.

We do

  • Grade the craft of a TikTok Shop, UGC, or affiliate video on hook, body, CTA, sellability, and retention.
  • Show timestamped evidence for every score in the full report, so you can scrub to the exact moment.
  • Give improvement direction: what to change and why.
  • Flag formats that look stale and tell you which niche the video reads as.
  • Point out moments that may break TikTok Shop's content rules, with TikTok's own page for each.

We don't

  • Write scripts, hooks, or lines for you. Direction only, in your own voice.
  • Estimate views, sales, earnings, or whether a video will go viral. Nobody can, and we won't pretend.
  • Guarantee anything. Scores judge the craft of the video, not its results.
  • Keep your video. Uploads are deleted after grading unless you choose to keep them. A few still frames stay with your report, and you can turn that off in Account.

Scores judge the craft of the video, not its expected results. A high score means the video is well built, not that it will sell.
