Questions

Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign in with an email link and you get one free grade on a video of yours: your five scores, your format, your #1 fix, and what's working. Creator and Pro open the full report, with every score explained and the timestamped evidence, on that grade too. You add a card only when you move up.
Does the free grade reset?
No. It is one grade per email address, not one a month, and deleting an account and signing up again doesn't bring it back. Trying the sample video in the tour doesn't use it, and neither does a video turned away as not a product video, or one that fails. To keep grading after it, Creator and Pro give you grades every month.
When does the monthly allowance reset?
On paid plans, on the first of every month at 00:00 UTC. An upload counts the moment you submit it, and unused grades do not carry over.
Is the hook lab on Free?
No. Comparing takes of an opening is part of the paid plans: 40 takes a month on Creator and 120 on Pro. Your free grade still scores your hook.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. Your grades, notes, and progress stay; only the plan changes, and reports graded on a paid plan stay complete. Back on Free, its one grade counts every grade you've made, so you can read your reports but not grade more.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from this page once you're on a paid plan. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of the month straight away. Moving down takes effect straight away too, and the difference for the rest of the month becomes credit on your next bill, not a refund.
Can I get a refund?
You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, and we don't refund partial months or unused grades. If you were charged by mistake or the service failed on our side, write to us within fourteen days and we will refund that charge. The full policy is in the terms.
What happens to my uploads?
They are deleted as soon as the grade is saved. On Creator and above you can tick “Keep my video after grading” when you upload, and the file stays with its report until you delete it.
Does a paid plan get a better grade?
No. Every plan gets the same grader. Paying changes how many videos you can grade and how much history we keep, never what the grader says.
What does fair use on Pro mean?
100 grades a month, enough to grade every cut of a full posting schedule. If you regularly need more than that, ask us about Team.
